Gatwick to Tangier

Air Arabia Maroc is a Moroccan low-cost airline set up as a joint venture between various Moroccan investors and Air Arabia.  It is to introduce a daily Gatwick to Tangier service on Sunday 28 October.

Air Arabia itself was established in 2003 in Sharjah (United Arab Emirates).  The airline is the first and largest low-cost airline in the Gulf, operating scheduled services to 46 destinations in the Middle East, North Africa, the Indian subcontinent, Central Asia and Europe to 22 countries from Sharjah.

As Air Arabia Maroc it serves 11 destinations in 10 countries from Casablanca, which is also the headquarters of the airline.  It currently operates four Airbus A320 aircraft in a 162-seat all Economy configuration.  A further six planes are on order. www.airarabia.com
