
Hazmieh Rotana Hotel - Beruit
Following the announcement earlier in the year of a US$750 investment programme Abu Dhabi-based Rotana, which claims to be the leading hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa, is extending its Gulf portfolio with an additional nine properties by 2013.
Rotana will open its first properties in Bahrain and Oman, its second hotel in Qatar and will extend its portfolio in the UAE by an additional six developments, three of which are scheduled to open in October; Al Ghurair Rayhaan by Rotana, Dubai, Al Ghurair Arjaan by Rotana, Dubai and Centro Capital Centre, Abu Dhabi.
Rotana developments planned for 2012 and 2013 include:
