Happily known as the 'Mad Monk', Guinness Record Holder Michael Bartlett, a Brother of the Anglican Order ‘Oratory of the Good Shepherd’, has added to his amazing list flying with the agricultural spray company EPHuK of Razgrad (Bulgaria). Taking him in the air for a 20-minute flight was an Antonov 2 built in 1973.
Michael tells BTNews he has flown with 258 airlines and companies aboard 143 types of aircraft. His ‘air miles’ now approach 1.3m from 375 airfields and landing strips, in 124 countries. He also made it very clear that he wants to add to the record and will go anywhere in the world to do so. www.mybulgaria.info/about-Razgrad.html
