SkyWork ups London City

The SkyWork Airlines' service from London City Airport to the Swiss capital Bern is to go three times weekdaily from 29 October, the start of the winter season.  There are single return flights on Saturday and Sunday.

SkyWork Airlines’ CEO, Tomislav Lang, said: “We are delighted to be taking the London route to three times daily, Monday to Friday.  There was some cynicism when we first arrived on the route, especially as we were flying alongside the bigger, more well-known carriers, but we have received the warmest welcome and have won terrific loyalty for our services.  Our motto is Your Personal Way to Fly and business and leisure travellers have voted with their feet”.

New airport bus arrangements are now operating between Bern-Belp airport and Belp station every 30 minutes.  This offers connections to Bern city centre and to Rubigen and Munsingen stations hourly for onward connections to Interlaken, Spiez and Thun and, making it the quickest route to the Bernese Oberland from the airport. www.flyskywork.com
