So sad & such a loss. I still have the cuttings of when he flew me and my sister to South of France in his small four seater 'Airofoil' plane and were tossed around in the sky in a horrendous storm on our return. Story was in the National Press. Last had a catch up earlier this year on Feb 5th at Hurlingham with Catherine.
