British Airways has been filing its schedules for 2023, and is launching new routes including flights to Aruba, a Dutch Caribbean island and Georgetown, capital of Guyana on the South America mainland, both from Gatwick.Ski flights from Gatwick on EuroFlyer are to be reintroduced and these include Geneva and Salzburg. Club Europe is fully catered whilst those in Economy get a free bottle of water and bag of crisps.
The flights south are all operated by Boeing 777 with a three-class layout of Club, World Traveller Plus (Premium Economy) and World Traveller (Economy).
For Aruba the service will be via Antigua, where it has a brief one-hour stop on Thursday and Sunday, and starts the last week of March. Introduced at the same time the Georgetown flights will operate as a one-stop service via St Lucia.
