Aviara Resort to be managed by Hyatt

Hyatt has been selected to manage the Aviara Resort in June 2010. The resort will be known as the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort and is the 25^th property operating under the Park Hyatt brand. The long-term agreement is subject to third party lender approval  www.hyatt.com
