EVA to Bangkok

Soon Thai International will again have competition on the Heathrow – Bangkok route with the return of EVA Air.

EVA has announced that it is to resume its London services with the first flight set for 3 July operating three days per week, departing on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

International arrivals who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to undergo any tests before stepping off their aircraft in Thailand.

EVA Air has already resumed a weekly Friday London non-stop service to Taiwan, but this will mark the first time it has operated into Bangkok since the pandemic struck.

The Bangkok flight continues on to Taiwan, offering alternative days for travel.

Commenting on the news, Sarah Wu, EVA Air’s General Manager of the London office, said: “We are delighted to announce that our flights to Bangkok will start again from July. We would like to thank all our partners for their support and are very much looking forward to welcoming our passengers back to Thailand again”.

Despite the pandemic, EVA Air has continued to maintain its excellent reputation as one of the world’s leading airlines, with multiple award accolades and is a Star Alliance member and one of only 11 Skytrax-rated 5-star airlines in the world.
