Canada and masks

Masks must the worn on all of Canada’s public transport.  And that of course includes airline operations.

This is the complete opposite of the new US regulations (see US masks the view in this week’s BTN).              

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Transport Minister Omar Alghabra both said that the Government will continue to follow the science when assessing the need for Covid-19-related orders.

“For now, there is no change in our regulation”, Alghabra told reporters in Calgary.

“We constantly consult our experts, and whenever the advice that we receive changes because the circumstances change, we will change our regulation. But for now, it is what it is”.
