Indian full-service carrier Vistara is again expanding its Delhi to Heathrow schedule. Starting 1 May it will fly daily, having introduced the route in August 2020. The airline is a joint venture between Indian conglomerate Tata and Singapore Airlines (SIA). The airline also flies to Mumbai from Heathrow. currently on a three times per week basis.
India has now relaxed restrictions, allowing regular international flights again. All the London services use Vistara’s brand-new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, with Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins.
Vistara as a joint venture was established in 2015. Currently it operates 250 flights daily to around 42 destinations within and outside of India.
