Radisson’s Autograph Collection Hotels has announced the opening of The Ivens, in Portugal’s capital city of Lisbon.

The Ivens is located in the heart of one of Lisbon’s most cosmopolitan neighbourhoods, surrounded by the many boutiques and galleries that Lisbon is famous for.  The river Tagus can be seen and the Praca D Comercio is a ten-minute walk, likewise the Cascais rail terminal.

The 5-star property has 87 guestrooms, including ten suites, are all uniquely decorated with local artworks. The lobby and dining areas have been designed by Lazaro Rosa-Violan, one of Spain’s leading interior stylists. Created for those looking for an enriching experience, the décor has been inspired by the natural world, where murals and wallpaper depict bees, tropical plants and parrots. The Rocco Restaurant is set to offer three distinct dining spaces each serving a distinct unique offering, from Italy.  There is a fully equipped gym, but no organised classes nor a swimming pool.
