The Aviation Club of the United Kingdom is spearheading a return to normal with a first 2021 live event at its prestigious headquarters, The Royal Automobile Club in London’s Pall Mall.Thursday 16 September will see, CEO Finnair, explaining where the airline currently is in terms of routes and performance. Very experienced in the airline world he has been boss of the airline, 55% government-owned, since 2007. Space will be limited for this inaugural post-pandemic lunch and whilst guests will be welcome on a first come first basis, members will take priority. The same evening the Club is hosting a young professionals reception.
The Club is finalising its programme for the rest of 2021 but is able to confirm that Ed Bastian, CEO, Delta, will speak next year on 15 March. Delta Air Lines is a 49% shareholder in Virgin Atlantic.
