Wizz for Jersey and recruiting

Jersey is to be Wizz Air’s first ever UK destination when the British-registered company launches flights in July from Cardiff and Doncaster airports in July.

With the island about to lift travel restrictions Wizz follows Blue Islands, British Airways, Eastern Airways, Jet2.com and Loganair in offering seasonal flights to the island.

At the same time the company announced a recruitment drive. Cabin crew members are wanted across its UK bases, including Cardiff, Doncaster, Gatwick and Luton ahead of the summer season and international travel regaining momentum.

This recruitment drive follows a year of rapid expansion for Wizz Air, despite the challenges of the pandemic. Since March this year, the airline has added 17 new bases and over 300 routes to its network which spans Europe and beyond.  Candidates who have always dreamed of a career in the sky should apply online.
