Emma Gilthorpe, Jet Zero Council

If you are reading BTN Monday morning make sure you join the Aviation Club’s webinar at 13:00 BST.  Guest speaker is Emma Gilthorpe.

Appointed CEO of the Jet Zero Council by the Government in March of this year Emma Gilthorpe is bound to have something to say regarding any statement issued by the G7 yesterday on climate change and the aviation sector.

Registration is free with the usual format of an introduction by Club Chairman Karl Brünjes, words from the guest of honour, and then the opportunity for all those signed in to ask questions.

The Jet Zero Council is a partnership between industry and government to bring together ministers and chief executive officer-level stakeholders, with the aim of delivering zero-emission transatlantic flight within a generation, driving the ambitious delivery of new technologies and innovative ways to cut aviation emissions.

This is the first time ever that an Aviation Club ‘lunch’ has taken place on a Monday,  hoping for a record number of viewers.
