Confusion being the norm in terms of air travel, London City Airport has developed a one-stop shop for understanding the entry requirements of individual countries. This links to the latest tourist board information and Covid-19 rates, as well as local expectations on whether travellers will need to wear a face mask. With the latest travel guidelines set out by the UK providing only part of the picture, the portal, now live, serves as a guide with what to expect at the other end. The airport points out that Faro (Portugal), a summer destination, has now had the ban lifted. It’s on the portal.
The airport has an onsite testing station.
With the planned loosening up of the travel rules BACF alone expects to serve 25 destinations this summer.
Destinations currently served by the airport include:
British Airways CityFlyer (BACF)
Belfast City, Edinburgh, Frankfurt and Dusseldorf
KLM
Amsterdam
Loganair
Dundee
LOT Polish Airlines
Vilnius
LuxAir
Luxembourg
