Is Virgin Atlantic independent of Delta? Clearly they work together on routes to the USA. Can Virgin decide where else it is going? Will Virgin go to Canada?

At last a British airline CEO happy to be seen in public. I do hope we will be able to ask some questions. Mine would be where does Virgin see expansion. They are already strong into India & Pakistan. Caribbean?
