What should have been the revised IATA AGM on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday this week (23/24/25 November) in Amsterdam is now a virtual conference which on the plus side will give much larger audience.

No more rubbing shoulders with the great and the good of the airline business.

It has also been stretched out somewhat as there is no need to rush to make a flight.

In recent times two big social events dominated in the evening, one formal and the other less so, hosted in alternate years by Airbus and Boeing.  Both were great networking opportunities.
