The latest changes include the following added to the list: Bahrain, Cambodia, Chile, Iceland, Laos, Qatar, UAE and Turks and Caicos Islands plus Greece, except the islands of Corfu, Crete, Kos, Rhodes and Zakynthos.

I'm not totally convinced by his premise that we'll all be teleconferencing in the future.

The one thing not mentioned in this is that there will inevitably be demand for the economy cabin to become less cramped and more spacious as customers are now so much more aware of personal space. This will drive innovation in cabin layout and design but also improve the customer experience in economy making economy more attractive.

On the last flight I was on, I would say that nearly 1/3 of the passengers were in 1st class. I don't think the prediction will come true.
