Jersey-based Blue Islands is expanding its operations from Birmingham, Bristol, Exeter, Manchester and Southampton airports. At Jersey flights connect to Guernsey.
Introduced already is Birmingham – Jersey with four flights a week (Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) increasing to daily next summer. Bristol to Jersey is now daily.
At Exeter the airline is now serving Manchester, with three flights per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, increasing to three times per day for summer 2021. The Jersey – Exeter service operates on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, increasing to daily for summer 2021.
From Southampton there will be new services to Dublin (four a week) and twice daily flights to Manchester commencing 26 October, as well as existing flights to Guernsey and Jersey.
Rob Veron, Blue Islands CEO, said: “We are very pleased to reinstate these very popular routes, providing key regional connectivity to and from Jersey in conjunction with Visit Jersey in promoting late summer/autumn breaks. These compliment our other services from Southampton, Bristol and East Midlands. Creating healthy two-way passenger flows is clearly a mutual benefit and is something we will continue to do.”
Blue Islands Fly includes one 23kg luggage allowance as standard and free seat allocation.
