Safety and services highlighted in a new video.

London’s Heathrow Airport has introduced a Covid-19 three-minute safety movie Fly Safe explaining some of the arrangements that have been put in hand to ensure safe passageway, whether arriving by air, departing or taking  a connecting flight.

The information is also available on-line with most of the questions answered with a CLICK, typically safety measures, quarantine requirements, and the introduction of a pre-order food service available with a smartphone.

And of shopping, of course, and what’s available!

World Duty Free is open in both Terminal 2 and Terminal 5, whilst American Airlines, British Airways and Iberia customers in T5 are also offered the delights of Fortnum & Mason.

If you are coming from abroad the video explains you must fill in the government form START NOW  but this must be within a 48hr bubble before you arrive in the UK.
