BTN is pleased to publish BA’s expected Heathrow long-haul programme from Routes on Line.  These cannot be verified as the Communications Department failed to respond to enquiries.  The European operation does not appear to be available.   Customers of the airline have had the same problem.

I noticed yesterday that Delta is allowing people to rebook any flights due to take place before the end of September to any time in the next couple of years. This is great! Problem is, I need BA to do the same. They should - even if the flights aren't cancelled many plans have fallen apart over the next few months and trips need planning for a later date, if they can take place at all! BA needs to recognise customers come first. Also, the BA comms department has absolutely no excuses not replying to Malcolm/BTN!

On further thoughts is this a ploy by Walsh/Cruz, or whoever is running the airline to shut LCY for the foreseeable future? With BA 55% of the passengers KLM & Aer Lingus (CityJet) would not sustain the airport (LH Group already departed) and it had to close. The BA website says AMS on alternate days at Heathrow and Club more expensive than Economy! Surely a daily Embraer 170 is cheaper to operate than an Airbus A321.

At LCY Cityflyer did supply passable light refreshments and gin and tonic. Terrible that BA closed the airline forcing the airport to shut also. With Nightingale close by also.

Albert Smith, London

Great crew, terrible management. M&S sandwiches not bad and a decent choice. Are they still available? And can someone sort out the website. London City has closed!
