Terminal 5 at Heathrow is now the base for British Airways with the T3 operation closed.

There is a regular Underground service from central London and the Heathrow Express is operating every 30min.

Passengers should use the Underground between the terminals with its more frequent services.  At Gatwick the Gatwick Express is not working but there are plenty of alternative services using the Victoria and London Bridge lines.

As things stand BA has still to publish its Heathrow domestic service schedule for this week and it is being cautious in making announcements.  Previously the airline had operated frequent flights to from Heathrow to Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Belfast City, Newcastle, Leeds and Manchester.  Gatwick is also important both as a domestic airport and for connections.  Details of April routes have yet to be published.
