Air travel analysis specialist ForwardKeys has reached agreement with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) to include their global ticketing data in its portfolio of products and services.
The company says it will now provide global air travel data that includes the world’s most comprehensive air transaction dataset from IATA and ARC, enabling it to expand its current offerings to customers in the industry.
ForwardKeys services include helping its clients to measure and improve the effectiveness of their marketing and operations, anticipate the impact of events and capitalise on future trends.
The company says it will now receive a regular feed of global ticketing transaction data settled by IATA and ARC for travel agency bookings – including online travel agencies (OTAs) – as well as direct airline transactions.
CEO Olivier Jager said: “This is like the completion of a jigsaw puzzle; we can now see the whole picture rather than just part. Our customers will now receive even more reliable market intelligence which will help them to make better decisions.”
“Our mission is to serve our customers with versatile access to the right piece of information at the right time to help them to understand and predict travellers’ impact on their businesses. This represents a major enhancement to that capability.”
