Described as “catering to discerning well-heeled travellers who seek to find a balance in life”, Pan Pacific Hotels’ first property in Europe is scheduled to open in London in autumn this year.
The hotel, with 237 rooms and suites designed by Yabu Pushelberg, will be in the new One Bishopsgate Plaza landmark tower at Liverpool Street. Features include the Signature Suite on the 18th floor with views to city landmarks.
The luxury property will also be home to the Square Mile’s first dedicated smart ballroom, with a capacity for up to 370 guests in banquet seating along with six meeting spaces.
Early arrivals and late departures will be catered for in the Studio Lounge while other amenities include an indoor lap pool with views of the street, spa treatment rooms and a fitness centre.
General manager has been named as top hotelier Anne Golden, who brings considerable London experience of working with luxury brands including Morgans Hotel Group and Mondrian.
Headquartered in Singapore, Pan Pacific Hotels has a portfolio of more than 20 luxury properties, resorts and serviced suites across Europe, Asia, North America and Oceania.
The group also owns the Parkroyal Hotels & Resorts brand, which includes Parkroyal on Pickering in Singapore.
