The Dubai skyline welcomes a new presence next month with the opening of The Manor by JA from JA Resorts & Hotels. The company says the 247-room 4-star development in Al Furjan will focus on the corporate segment with “competitive rates and modern design”.
Next to the Jebel Ali port and business centre, it is in a prime location for Expo 2020 visitors and business travellers who wish to be close to the JAFZA business district, Al Maktoum Airport and the Dubai South hub.
Each of the bedrooms, which average 28sq m, is equipped with a slimline workstation, queen size bed, a seating area and coffee station, plus bathroom and the hotel also offers a 180sq m suite on the first floor, a fully-equipped gym and a rooftop pool.
The property is part of a JA Resorts & Hotels portfolio of eight developments across the UAE and Indian Ocean, with chief executive Anthony Ross saying it is planning further expansion with the addition of two luxury lodges in Africa and a new brand, Big Bed by JA, with up to 30 hotels in China.
