The Kingston (Surrey) Holiday Inn, part of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and overlooking the marina at Thames Ditton, is being transformed into a new riverside Crowne Plaza in January with a focus on business travellers.
Features will include meeting facilities, an upmarket restaurant and fitness centre, while business-ready services will include access to power at every corner of the hotel, free high-speed wi-fi and a new business-orientated Club Lounge for IHG programme members.
A group spokesman said members would be able to enjoy co-working with unlimited food and drinks throughout the day and alcohol in the evenings, while fitness and wellness facilities and services would be on hand to help guests unwind and energise.
The hotel also boasts a new 360 Restaurant with a menu offering international tapas among other items.
The spokesman added: “At Crowne Plaza, business has never looked more inviting. The hotel group provides spaces for guests to be productive, connected, rested and restored.
“Ready for the new generation of business travellers, Crowne Plaza focuses on wellbeing for business, with the belief that the happier you feel, the more you achieve.”
