Cabin summit sets the date

Aircraft cabin innovation will be the spotlight at a special conference from 3-5 December organised by industry summit specialist RedCabin and hosted by Virgin Atlantic.

The first two days will be in London at CCT Venues’ flagship meeting place, Level 32 of 42 Bank Street in Canary Wharf, in the Vista Suite, and the final day at Virgin’s state-of-the-art training facility, The Base, in Crawley.

The event will feature interactive working groups, speed networking and panel discussions with senior executives from the leading airlines, designers, aircraft manufacturers and suppliers.

RedCabin says fast-moving aircraft innovation requires players to adapt to changing consumer demands and technological advances, with examples of change including single-aisle aircraft flying longer routes, evolving cabin interiors and digital flight attendants in view.

The Aircraft Cabin Innovation Summit will feature among other things a round-up of the results of projects and partnerships originating at past RedCabin gatherings, and an outline of the potential benefit of major growth in single-aisle aircraft sales.

The line-up of attendees includes senior personnel from companies such as Etihad Airways, JetBlue, All Nippon Airways, Delta Air Lines, Qatar Airways, Alaska Airlines, Wizz Air, Virgin Atlantic, American Airlines, Turkish Airlines and Ethiopian Airlines.
