What do the Mary Rose and the Boeing B737 have in common?

Both were old designs, much modified, and eventually found out.

The Mary Rose was the pride of Henry VIII’s Royal Navy, but 34 years old when she turned turtle and sank on 19 July 1545 at Spithead. She had been extensively modified over the years. The B737 is now 60 years old, and also much changed.
