Staybridge arrives at Heathrow

Heathrow has added to its ever-growing hotel count with the opening of a Staybridge Suites property on Bath Road. It is part of a dual-branded complex with a Holiday Inn, due to open later this year.

Staybridge Suites London-Heathrow Bath Road has 145 studio rooms and 45 one-bedroom suites, each equipped with a fully-fitted kitchen, giving guests a flexible space to relax and work.

As with all Staybridge Suites developments, the hotel has a food store, The Pantry, providing guests with supplies from snacks and ready-made meals to toiletries and washing detergent for the free on-site launderette.

The property also offers communal spaces throughout, an on-site 24hr fitness centre and a US-style ‘den' giving guests the flexibility to work, hold meetings or relax with the installed games console.

Evening social gatherings hosted by the hotel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are another feature, giving guests an opportunity to get together with friends or fellow travellers and unwind over complimentary food and drink.

General manager Mark Roth said: “The hotel brings something new to Heathrow and provides guests with the option to stay in the style of room that suits them best.

“Staybridge Suites is the perfect brand for this location."
