Europcar airport Volvos

Leisure and business travellers can select Volvo’s newest model at all of the UK’s major airports. It is a very cost-effective way of trying out a car and seeing if it is for you, with no commitment nor salesman standing over you.

Europcar is the first rental brand to adopt the luxury estate.

The V60 is a five-seater and has an electrically-operated boot with 529 litres of space – 1,441 litres with the rear seats down! This makes it the biggest in the mid-size premium estate class. Passengers also benefit from extra space as the V60’s wheelbase is 10cm longer than its predecessor.

This translates into extra legroom front and back, ensuring that whether it is a long business drive or a road trip with the family, passengers stay as comfortable as possible.

The V60s on Europcar’s fleet feature Volvo’s intelligent City Safety suite of active and preventative safety systems. These include automatic emergency braking, which can detect vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists and large animals in front of the vehicle.

Gary Smith, managing director of Europcar Mobility Group in the UK, says: “Volvo has grown into one of the most desired premium brands in the UK.

"At Europcar Mobility Group, we are committed to constantly reviewing our fleet, ensuring our customers have access to the best mobility solutions for their needs. The V60 shows our commitment to this and is sure to be a popular addition to the fleet.”
