AND FINALLY: Well done Paphos!

Airport vigilance has proved its worth at Paphos after a thief who stole an €1,800 watch from the tray of the passenger in front of him during security checks was tracked down to Estonia.

The passenger had reached his next destination in Crete when he realised the watch was missing.

He called the Cyprus authorities and the thief, identified on Paphos Airport CCTV, was arrested as he landed at Tallinn. It must have been a very big shock. The evidence was on his wrist.

Big Brother is really watching you! And no return to Cyprus for this particular traveller when he gets out of jail.
