Top jobs in easyJet reshuffle

Former Associated British Foods external affairs head Flic Howard-Allen has joined easyJet as group communications officer to replace former communications director Paul Moore, who has moved to ITN.

Howard-Allen was previously director of communications and CR at Marks & Spencer where she led the creation of the Plan A sustainability campaign.

Before that, she was a director for several years at the global public relations consulting company Hill and Knowlton, where she ran consumer, corporate, crisis and internal communications teams.

Her appointment is one of several airline management board (AMB) positions announced at easyJet, led by the arrival of Thomas Haagensen as group markets director.

With easyJet for ten years, he moves from his job as the airline’s country director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland and managing director of easyJet Europe, the Austrian-based airline responsible for easyJet’s EU operations.

Another new arrival is Lis Blair, formerly easyJet’s CRM and insight director, who has been promoted to the newly-created chief marketing officer role announced in January as part of the airline’s management restructure.
