In a further enhancement of its service offering, Cyprus’ largest airline, Cobalt Air, is introducing a loyalty card, Cobalt Elements, offering holders seat upgrades, fare discounts, priority check-in/boarding, increased baggage allowance and more.
Frequent flyers across Cobalt’s 21-strong European and Middle East route network taking out annual membership qualify for three complimentary upgrade vouchers from Economy to Business Class at check-in, subject to daily availability.
Additional upgrade vouchers can be bought at a discount at any time through the membership channel. Elements members also receive a 10% discount on Cobalt’s lowest available publicised web fares through the membership team.
They will also be able to check-in two complimentary 20kg bags, plus one additional piece of hand luggage and baggage delivery will be prioritised at the carousel.
Cobalt COO Paul Simmons was the principal architect of the Elements Card after drawing on his previous experience in the sector having developed a similar product for easyJet.
“We are delighted to continue to evolve our offering for our growing number of loyal customers,” he said. “Our Elements card, with its wide range of benefits and discounts, is a thank-you to our widened customer base.”
