AND FINALLY: Man overboard

Cruise issue special

No protests please from feminists!

There are two answers to anyone who complains about this term used at sea. #####

• Women don’t fall overboard. But please follow this BBC link: www.bbc.com/news/uk-45240390

• Since in an emergency it is not always possible to distinguish who has left the ship in the fastest possible way, perhaps the term should be changed to “person overboard” in order to satisfy people of all persuasions.

Will it catch on?
