Sited a short walk from the Stansted Airport terminal building the popular Radisson Blu Hotel has just completed a £660k investment in its meetings and events facilities.
It is part of a larger £6m hotel project.
Known as the Essex Suite the capacity has been increased to 350 people for dinner and 600 for theatre-style presentations. Radisson says the space is an excellent location for business meetings and events, and offers space for car launches. In addition, there are now two new breakout rooms offering fully furnished networking spaces and much sought after tea and coffee machines.
A retractable wall and mobile bar allow convenient flexibility in the standard meetings rooms and rooms may be configured dependent on the client’s needs and meeting specifications. All meeting rooms have been upgraded with high quality wireless internet and new tables and chairs.
The hotel offers a combination of convenience and luxury with 37 premium rooms. In total there are 500 bedrooms covering four floors all with 24hr room service. The Pace Health Club is open to residents and fully equipped with a pool, sauna, gym and a studio.
