AND FINALLY: Dublin's daughter

A lot of things happen at airports but staff at one have just had a special reason to remember it with the return of one of their favourite passengers.

Carey Ingwell, now aged 10, had the distinction of becoming the first and only baby to be born at Dublin Airport, her mother not having realised she was pregnant.

Carey was welcomed back for the first time on her way to celebrate her latest birthday with family in the city, and the airport rose to the occasion with a special cake.

She could consider herself doubly lucky, given the modern trend for strange names. Airport Ingwell, anyone?
