Peninsula and BMW

Completion of a four-month redesign of its 195 guest rooms, including 38 suites and 17 private villas, has given a new look to the Peninsula Beverly Hills, coinciding with a new partnership with BMW.

The hotel says the new interior design, by Forchielli Glynn, “reflects the property’s signature glamour with three updated colour palettes and contemporary furnishings that are both luxurious and graciously residential”.

Managing director Offer Nissenbaum said: “We put great care into embracing the charm of the Peninsula as a welcome haven where guests can feel they are coming home to their own pied-à-terre rather than a hotel room.”

The new furnishings are complemented by in-room technology with interactive digital bedside tablets that can be pre-set in 11 languages and control functions including lighting, temperature, access to menus and more at the touch of a button.

In other enhancements, the partnership with BMW North America allows guests to travel around Los Angeles in the latest BMW 7, BMW 5 and BMW X5 models, while those who book a suite have free use of a BMW during their stays.

The Peninsula is also the only hotel in Los Angeles to feature an on-site concierge at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to greet guests and assist with luggage.
