Novotel for Stansted travellers

Arora Hotels and Accor have announced the completion of a multi-million pound refurbishment to convert Arora Hotels’ Stansted property to the Novotel brand.

The renovation also encompasses all restaurants and bars, meetings and events spaces and the hotel’s 250 bedrooms.  Family rooms have been added and the property also includes family friendly elements such as a kids’ club, 50% discount on a second room for children and free breakfast for children under 16.

Surinder Arora, founder and chairman of the Arora Group, said: “We’re delighted to unveil our newly refurbished hotel and to bring the highly regarded Novotel brand to Stansted. Our ongoing investment into the hotel ensures that we continue to offer guests the very best quality facilities.”

This is the Arora Group’s third partnership with AccorHotels; the group also manages and operates Sofitel London Gatwick and Sofitel London Heathrow.

The hotel is located within the airport perimeter, just off the access road from the M11.  There are shuttle buses to the airport terminal every 30min as well as parking for travellers overnighting prior to a flight from the airport.
