Another problem for British Airways.
With the old system of Euro Traveller cabin service on a single aisle aircraft took place pretty quickly. The staff dispatched the offering and speedily moved on down the aisle.
If you needed to visit the private area at the rear just a little patience was required.
Not so now, we gather.
Readers tell us that sales of items and their payment are taking three times as long to deal with. And those who have an urgent requirement either need to hold it in, or somehow squeeze by the cart and operatives.
Flying used to be fun.
