Business travellers who find it necessary to fly out of one airport but return to another and then find themselves without transport because their cars are still at the original departure point now have a solution.
Airport parking company I Love Meet and Greet has launched a car transfer service between Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted, Manchester and Birmingham airports which can be activated with 24 hours’ notice.
Company founder Sarah Anglim explained: “Travelling can sometimes be complex, especially for business travellers. For reasons of cost or convenience, it is sometimes better to fly out of one airport and return to another.
“Our car transfer service solves the problem that can be caused by having professional drivers collect a traveller’s car from the forecourt of one airport and deliver it back to the client on the forecourt of another.
“We have always been able to provide this service when asked by customers who do not want to rely on public transport, but in recent years we have seen the need grow hugely.
“Travellers have become so much better at finding the best deals, they are more than happy to depart from and return to different airport locations.”
