AND FINALLY: Heathrow's tipple
If you’re one of those passengers who occasionally feel driven to drink, help is at hand. Heathrow has created its own gin. It’s part of a festival running to the end of next month to celebrate the tipple.
Produced in partnership with Chase Distillery, Heathrow Exclusive GB Gin is available via the duty-free shops. Visitors can also enjoy exclusive gin cocktails and dishes infused with the spirit in some of the restaurants.
In the best traditions of travel, botanicals from around the world were selected for the new invention, including juniper from Macedonia, Oris root from China and spice from Madagascan cloves.
