The Russian Federation’s north-west region welcomed its first Hilton Hotels and Resorts brand last week with the opening of the 169-room Hilton Saint Petersburg ExpoForum.
The new-build landmark is part of the ExpoForum Complex, which attracts more than 400 events a year including conferences, corporate functions, shows and sporting events.
The new hotel’s room count includes 65 executive rooms and suites, where guests can enjoy access to an executive lounge and a range of complimentary snacks and meals, plus two restaurants and a bar.
The property can also cater to events of all sizes, with eight multi-functional modern meeting rooms and a pillar-less ballroom capable of accommodating up to 550 guests. The foyer is available for pre-function events.
General manager Francois Morvan said: "We are delighted to be welcoming guests to the latest destination in the ExpoForum complex.
"Business and leisure guests alike can experience the beauty of a Unesco world heritage city, outstanding architecture, and long summer 'white nights,' while enjoying unparalleled access to one of the world's largest exhibition centres."
