A new style of meeting room which its creators say has been designed to encourage and inspire guests’ working efficiency and creative thinking using special design and technology has been unveiled at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow hotel.
Radisson says the features and design of the room, known as the Brain Box, are based on the growing trend for environments that encourage innovative ideas after research found 65% of people felt surroundings designed to enhance thinking had a positive impact on the performance of their organisation.
In addition, 95% found such spaces consistently provided better ideas, solutions and decisions, productive working relationships and produced a positive impact on performance indicators or organisations.
Hotel general manager Simon Wong said: “The Radisson Blu Heathrow has always prided itself on providing excellent meeting space near the UK’s largest travel hub, making it a convenient choice for international as well as domestic visitors.
“However, now we’re able to build on that experience and offer a unique and exciting space with the latest technology to become a catalyst in creative thinking and work.”
