A new partnership enabling Economy Class passengers to use VIP facilities in Terminal 4 at Heathrow at a 20% discount has been formed between Plaza Premium Lounges and Malaysia Airlines.
Business Class and First Class passengers on the airline already have access to Malaysia’s Golden lounges in a number of airports, including Heathrow.
The link-up is one of several developments in the pipeline for the Plaza Premium organisation, which is also launching a new arrivals lounge in T4 in the first quarter of this year, accommodating 75 people and offering 18 showers.
The company will also introduce its “healthy eating” Flight Club dining concept in the UK after a successful launch in 2015 in Kuala Lumpur.
Visitors to the current airside T4 Plaza Premium Lounge have access to free wi-fi, all-inclusive food and drink and shower facilities. The lounge also boasts private resting suites and quiet areas for passengers with long waiting times between flights.
Malaysia Airlines customers wishing to experience the lounge can pre-book online or present a boarding pass at check in.
