The Airport Lounge Development (ALD) company, a subsidiary of Collinson Group, and Swissport have opened a new facility called Club Aspire at Heathrow’s Terminal 3 in response to what it calls a significant increase in demand.
Located near Gate 9, Club Aspire will be available to premium airline passengers of participating airlines, as well as members of the Priority Pass, LoungeKey and Lounge Club schemes.
The new facility can accommodate more than 120 passengers and offers a range of dedicated zones to help users to work, rest or pamper themselves with luxury treatments from Bliss Spa before their journeys.
ALD director Errol McGlothan said the T3 opening followed a positive response by passengers to the Aspire Lounge and Spa opened in T5 a year ago. The new club was designed around the needs of business travellers and offered choice to independent travellers looking to make the perfect start to their journey, he added.
Heathrow property director Stephen Wilkinson added: “We are delighted to be bringing the Aspire experience to Terminal 3. We are always looking for new ways for our customers to receive the very best experience when they fly and we hope they enjoy this newest independent lounge.”
