Enhancements to the Deliver & Collect service, enabling customers booking cars to have the vehicles delivered to their homes or workplaces as a way to take the stress out of the hiring process, were highlighted by Europcar at World Travel Market in London last week.
“Our research shows 58% of people waste up to an hour a day, and traffic is cited as the most annoying waste of time,” said Europcar UK Group managing director Gary Smith.
“With the latest enhancements to our Deliver & Collect service now including delivery and collection at workplaces as well as home addresses, we’re helping busy travellers to get back some of that wasted time.”
“Deliver & Collect has been designed for travellers in a hurry who find ‘picking up’ a hire car time-consuming and inconvenient. Now they can have the car delivered to and collected at the end of the rental too. We’re taking the hassle out of car hire.”
