Three new destinations for Monarch

Monarch is adding three year-round business-orientated cities to its network from next April with flights to Stockholm, Porto and Zagreb. An additional aircraft will be based at Manchester to support the routes.

Stockholm will be served from Birmingham, Luton and Manchester; Porto from Luton and Manchester and Zagreb from Gatwick and Manchester.

Stockholm will be served three times a week from Birmingham and Manchester and twice a week from Luton.  Zagreb will have three weekly flights from Gatwick and two a week from Manchester, while Porto will have three weekly flights from each of Luton and Manchester. 

The airline has also now put Birmingham – Nice, Luton – Arrecife and Luton – Rome on sale and has added frequencies for next summer on several routes including: Gatwick – Lisbon, Manchester – Barcelona, Manchester – Lisbon and Manchester – Rhodes.

Monarch head of network development Marjan Schoeke said: “We are delighted to be announcing these three new year-round destinations, which we are sure will be a popular choice with our customers, and to be adding frequencies to routes already proving to be popular for next year.”
