Shanghai new Hyatt Regency

Travellers to Shanghai have a new Hyatt Regency to explore with the opening by the hotel group of a property in the city’s business zone at Hopson International Centre in the trendy Wujiaochang sub-district.

The hotel is close to Shanghai’s Metro Line 10, providing easy access to the city’s commercial buildings and retail and entertainment attractions.

The contemporary-design property has 306 guestrooms, including Regency Club rooms and 17 spacious suites, all with modern amenities and floor-to-ceiling picture windows offering views of the city.

Features include 2,858sq m of meeting and conference space including the expansive, naturally-lit Regency Ballroom and seven multi-function rooms, plus an outdoor glass house and a modern landscaped courtyard.

Leisure facilities include a 24hr fitness centre and a 25m heated indoor swimming pool.   

For food and drink, there is the Market Café, the hotel’s main all-day dining restaurant, with an à la carte menu and an international buffet, and The Lounge, an informal venue for light meals and snacks throughout the day and an afternoon tea menu.

For other entertainment, the neighbouring Hopson International Centre also offers plenty to see and do.
