Ibis launches _SPACE

Focusing on 'simplicity, modernity and well-being', ibis Hotels has launched _SPACE by ibis, a new conference room and office concept available at 20 of its UK properties. 

Ibis says it offers creative spaces for a few hours or a whole day and removes the hassle and clutter from its meeting areas.

All spaces include as standard unlimited tea and Nespresso, unlimited wi-fi and Ibis promises no hidden charges and no kick-out time. AV support is also provided for meetings, from setting up Skype calls to inbuilt projector screens to ease connectivity.

The day delegate package includes a selection of sandwiches or salad lunch, and can be upgraded to a hot lunch on request. 

To allow people to relax while working or even take a quick break between calls, the meeting rooms have been creatively designed with a number of them including pool tables and table footballs – ideal for breakout sessions or a little downtime.

The comnpany says the _SPACE by ibis concept incorporates a new simplified pricing and request-for-proposal (RFP) process with improved response times, two-page contacts and reduced terms and conditions (T&C).  Daily delegate rates start from £25 per person or £30 per person including hot buffet. Day office rates start from £50, with daily room hire from £150.   www.spacebyibis.com
